GIA MIA Lombard: Authentic Italian Cuisine & Friendly Service in Yorktown Shopping Center

The food was not the best in comparison to other locations I’ve been to. The calamari was undercooked, it was mostly wet. The short rib gnocchi was good but I was surprised that half of the short rib was fat. My fave about this place was the location.

Super clean inside. The food was delicious. Lunch specials are an incredible value. The hostess and server were very friendly and the manager also stopped by a few times to greet us and check in. Just an overall great experience.

5 stars maybe if I experienced a dine in scenario. Well I must say this is my first time experiencing Paccheri Vodka pasta. This was a takeout and was a work lunch meal, so with that being said. It wasn’t fresh nor hot. The taste was still there and I’d give it a 7.5/10. I also gotten the Ricotta cheesecake, and that was also a first experiencing a cheesecake made out of ricotta. I think I might have been missing something out of my life! I give it a 8/10. It would be a 10/10 if they served it with fresh berries. All in all from calling in my order and eating new things, I will definitely go back again.

I traveled to Chicago/Lombard for work and was looking for good Italian food. Gia Mia has everything a diner could want, no matter how picky he or she might be. As an Italian, I truly appreciate the quality of the food and the care that goes into preparing it. The manager, Ms. LaCree Davis, went above and beyond to provide excellent service, along with the bartender. Thank you for making my dining experience perfect.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. Our waitress name was Andrea and she was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. The manager was Lacree and she also came by to check on us, which really showed how much they care about their customers and they were so sweet and patient with my kids! The food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every dish exceeded my expectations. The customer service overall was amazing, and the entire staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The restaurant was also very clean and well-kept, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. This will be our go-to spot!

The food was hit or miss in our group. Some was super delicious. And some was mediocre. The wine list was impressive. The server was knowledgeable. I am interested in trying it again, but will probably only go back if a friend or group invites me.

Hello to all my gluten free and Celiac friends , I visited this amazing restaurant yesterday and had an amazing time. The service was amazing and they were very knowledgeable about our autoimmune . They pasta gia I ordered was so delicious and the gluten free pizza as well . I hight recommend this place just let them know that you have celiac :)

Let me be honest. Being from the country, we’ve never heard of this chain of restaurants until we received gift cards for them. Otherwise, we would never have gone here. That being said, we had a thoroughly enjoyable meal. Very good food, excellent service, and a neat atmosphere. They seated us at a perfect table right in between the indoor and outdoor portions of the restaurant. It almost got a little breezy and chilly, but that’s on us not the restaurant. We can easily recommend you try this place out.
